A major Instagram photo-cropping incident happened on French Montana's birthday on Sunday when Kim Kardashian decided to cut Tyga out of a photo she uploaded on social media. Tyga has been rumored to be Kylie's beau and it seems big sis Kim is not so pleased.
According to Hollywood Life, Kim is upset about Kylie's relationship with Tyga and instead of asking him nicely not to join the silly little shot, she chose to put his head on the crop block instead.
The photo that Kim posted on her Instagram did not cause controversy until later, when another photo from the same shoot was seen to have included the 24-year-old.
You'd think that Kim K was being the protective older sister; after all, Kylie is a 17-year-old teen and Tyga is almost in his mid-20s. But apparently, cropping him is not about her sister dating an older guy, it's because she's good friends with Tyga's ex and mother of his child, Blac Chyna, at least, according to TMZ. She's trying to protect one of her besties, after all.
The website also said that Kim feels Kylie and Tyga should be more respectful, they are putting her in an impossible situation after all. But more than that, Kim is also saying that her sister should not be dating the ex of someone who is close to you.
Interestingly, Kim welcomed French Montana with open arms into the family when he and her sister, Khloe, rekindled their romance. Kim, the social media queen of all Kardashians, showed her support by hashtagging photos from French's birthday with "#Family #HappyBdayFrench."
As for Tyga's reaction to Kim's social media etiquette, a source told Hollywood Life that "Tyga didn't really know Kim had an issue with him hanging out and working on projects with Kylie. Tyga thought he was cool with Kim and everybody else in the family. He doesn't have a problem with Kim, but he's not about to let her dictate his life or allow her to trash him to her sisters and the rest of the family."
The source also added, "Tyga doesn't understand why Kim is bothered by his friendship with Kylie. He thinks she's overreacting, but whatever.... He's going to be him, regardless."
