The end of episode 5 of the hit FX series, "Sons of Anarchy" Season 7, had Juice (Theo Rossi) pointing a gun on the head of Gemma (Katey Sagal) for betraying him.
Will Juice come out firing on the next episode? Or will he give in to Gemma's plea for mercy, explaining that she was just unsure Juice could keep her ultimate sin a secret?
Episode 6 titled "Smoke 'em if You Got 'em" would answer the question when it airs on October 14.
Fans weigh in
Based on the comments of the fans on the recap made by TV Line on "Some Strange Eruptions," the hit series' episode 5, many believe that Juice would not kill Gemma.
"I don't think Juice will kill Gemma because we all want to see that showdown with Jax (Charlie Hunnam) finding out about Tara (Maggie Siff)," says one follower.
One fan also commented: "I don't think Gemma is dead yet. I think Juice is gonna use her to get back at the Club."
This was also shared by another post from another fan who commented: "No, he (Juice) won't kill her because Gemma has yet to meet Lea Michele's character at the truck stop which I think they said is on October 14 (the next episode). So she must get to live another day."
Nothing could be as more detailed and elaborate as the comment (and analysis) from a TV series fanatic named Rachelle who said: "As much as I hate Gemma and want her to die, she was pretty dumb leaving the gun as exposed as she did.
"Juice is a maaaasive idiot. I used to feel sympathy for him but now I see that he's an unhinged looney tune who needs to be put out of his misery," she added.
Rachelle also talked about Jax who she thinks is being blinded by his own rage to the point of stupidity.
"His hubris is so great that he can't see his potential downfall on the horizon. I felt bad that his plan to massacre the Chinese fell because now the Chinese have the opportunity to retaliate so Jax better get ready to say goodbye to some of his men, and possibly to himself too," she wrote.
Rachelle also said that she wants Unser or Nero to figure out that Gemma murdered Tara. "I want a confrontation between Jax and Gemma like oxygen at this point. I don't want Juice to kill Gemma. I don't think he did."
She wrapped up her comment by saying that: "This season is rocking my socks!"
The creative storyline of "Sons of Anarchy" can be attributed to creator Kurt Sutter, who, according to International Business Times, really knows how to put audiences on the edge of their seats.
Premiere recap
At the Season 7 premiere of the hit FX series, Gemma and Juide were projected as "two peas in a very corrupted pod," describes the International Business Times.
Juice had helped Jax's mother to flee the murder scene of Tara. Gemma, on the other hand, protected Juice from being killed by SAMCRO, whom she despised for betraying her son. Their "unholy alliance" however, turned to a dark road on episode 5, details the report.
Following the confrontation between the Triad and Sons that almost wiped out Lin (Kenneth Choi) and his men, episode 5 went back to the plot line on Juice's current dilemma.
SAMCRO is still hot on his tail and it has been making him edgy. He even mistook a motel employee for one of Lin's men and shoots the worker over and over again. That's when Gemma came in to help take him to safety leading to that betrayal and gun-pointing scene at the end, recounts the International Business Times.
As to what fans should expect on the next episode, the International Business Times hinted: "According to the seriously vague synopsis, Jax will take advantage of the shifting alliances to protect the MC in addition to settling a score."
