Nude photos of countless stars have surfaced in the past month, but Iggy Azalea had it worse: a sex tape, allegedly hers, surfaced, and it is a mess with pointed fingers all around.
Here are the things that we know (and don't know) about Miss Azalea's alleged sex tape:
First, she denied ever having those sex tapes, and according to MTV she took the issue to Twitter, where she asserted that people who release intimate moments of others, against their will, are sex offenders.
She said, "I dont have a sex tape but for the record... Anyone who releases or attempts to make profit off someone else's intimate moments against their will is a sex offender. & it honestly makes me sick to see the media encourage any other attitude towards those sorts of people, we should want to protect our women and i really hope that america will follow Europe and their laws to better protect peoples privacy and fundamental rights. and on that note, I'm off to get a manicure. peaaaaccceeeeeee outtttttt *drops the mic*"
On the other hand, her ex-boyfriend, Hefe Wine told TMZ that the sex tape was real, it was her, she was over 18 when it was filmed, and she was aware that they were making the sex tape. He denied being the one who sent the tape to Vivid though, claiming that his computer was stolen.
Azalea may want to keep her sex life away from the drama of Hollywood, but she did open up about her other exploits as a young girl, notes Mirror UK. She confessed, "When I was 13 I got a fake ID. I'd go out, get hammered off my face in nightclubs because I thought that made me an adult, meet older guys who I thought I was older and go f**k them. I'd do that all the time. Hitchhiking was something I would do all the time as a kid."
Given her long list of naughty adventures, some people think there's a probability that the tape is real.
While Azalea maintained that there was no such thing, she did, however, file a lawsuit against Wine for allegedly illegally downloading files from her computer when they were still living together in Atlanta in 2009; and for forging her signature for a contract that gave Wine the right to "manufacture, sell, distribute, and advertise 'any' recording embodying visual images" from the rapper, as reported on KDramaStars.com
Should the alleged sex tape be released, Azalea also plans of suing the porn company to which Wine sold her videos to.
Whichever the real story is, Azalea is rallying for herself and putting the rumors behind her as she continues with her music and even making a steamy collaboration with JLo.
