Someone who rose to fame as a professional dancer in "Dancing With The Stars" (Season 4), and now back as a judge, is bound to bring some good reality TV - not to mention that she'll be judging her very own brother, Derek.

We're talking about none other than the fabulous Julianne Hough, who won the show's Mirror Ball trophy twice. She had them with Apolo Anton Ohno, an Olympic champion speedskater, and Hélio Castroneves, a racecar driver.

Resident judges of "Dancing With The Stars" Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli, and Carrie Ann Inaba, now have to welcome changes in their lineup. Washington Post suspects the show's "getting nervous" with its 19th season, and thus resorting to the addition of Julianne as the newest judge. The said source notes this event as the "first permament major shake-up" for the panel, and we can only hope that the attempt works well for ABC. Other changes have also been cited, such as having Brooke Burke Charvet leave the show to be replaced by Erin Andrews. Rumors about judge Goodman leaving soon also came out.

Revealed on "Good Morning America" last August 13, the cast of pro dancers are ready to sway their way. The twelve returning pros are Mark Ballas, Cheryl Burke, Witney Carson, Artem Chigvintsev, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, Tony Dovolani, Allison Holker, Derek Hough, Keoikantse Motsepe, Peta Murgatroyd, Emma Slater, and Karina Smirnoff. The announcement of the celebrities joining them is to be made at the same show on September 4, according to TVbytheNumbers.

But of course, with Derek in the cast and his sister Julianne as a judge in the panel, the show blends an interesting mix. Washington Post tells about Julianne rising to stardom through the show, until she left after the eighth season. "'Dancing with the Stars' has always been a part of my family," Julianne says on Good Morning America. On her decision to come back, she adds, "That's where it all began for me, so it just kind of made sense."

Now this leaves us to assess of Julianne's roles as a judge, a dancer, and a sister - could there possibly be bias? She clears on Washington Post, "It's not necessarily about Derek and the pro dancer... It's about a collaboration, it's the team effort. It's what they're doing as a partnership, and really, the celebrity and what they can do to improve each week".

Way to go, Julianne! We're excited to see you back in the show!
