2K Sports has been putting a lot of effort to make WWE 2K15 as realistic as possible for fans. More stars are being added to the list of characters that will be available in the game.
In a report by Gameranx, there are 20 WWE superstars confirmed to appear in the game. They are Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns, Antonio Cesaro, Hulk Hogan, John Cena, AJ Lee, Naomi, Daniel Bryan, Cameron, Paul Heyman, Sheamus, Shawn Michaels, Darren Young, Triple H, Rob Van Dam, Justin Gabriel, Xavier Woods, The Undertaker, The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin.
One of the most notable characters that will be included in the game is Steve Borden or Sting. The character will feature two personas at least, beginning from the early stage of his career in the 80s until the present. On July 14, Sting was confirmed to be part of the official list of characters to come out in WWE 2K15. The final list of the roster will be revealed on August 16.
In a report by Gaming Bolt, the complete roster will be announced at a special SummerSlam panel in August. The recent WWE Battleground 2014 on July 20, 2014 garnered mixed reactions from fans so game developers are hoping that the presence of WWE greats in the game will change people's perspective. John Cena, Sheamus and Roman Reigns will be present during the August 16 roster reveal. Those with VIP tickets can have pictures taken with Reigns.
In a WWE.com report, Stone Cold Steve Austin will host the "WWE 2K15" Roster Reveal at Club Nokia in Los Angeles. The SummerSlam Panel series will be held from August 15 to 17, 2014. The panels allow the WWE Universe fans to ask questions straight to their favorite WWE stars and hall of famers. Panelists will talk about their careers and possible storylines as well as promote the WWE 2K15 video game. Fans will be delighted to get answers straight from stars like Stone Cold and Hulk Hogan as they share their stories on how they became champions in the sport.
Those who wish to join the festivities and get the news on the official roster directly can get tickets at $50 for the lower balcony and $100 for floor seating. The VIP experience is $200. Professional photos with certain panel superstars as well as pre-signed posters are available for VIP ticket holders.
WWE 2K15 will officially be released on October 28 on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. The European release will be on October 31.
