This is not the first time that award-winning actress Sandra Bullock has been linked to a much younger man, albeit a Hollywood star like herself. Previously, she had been linked to Ryan Reynolds some years ago. However, it was clarified that the two were just really good friends. They were also co-stars in "The Proposal."

And now, it's been rumored that she and "Captain America" star Chris Evans are dating. Chris, who dated Minka Kelly on and off in the past few years, is at least 17 years younger than the "Gravity" star. Apparently, the age difference did not keep tongues from wagging about a possible hookup between the two.

According to News.com.au, the rumors started after Sandy was seen dining out with Chris at Craig's in West Hollywood, back in March. They were not alone, though - they supped with a large group. However, the rendezvous was repeated earlier this month, albeit at Cecconi's, with Chelsea Handler and Melissa McCarthy in tow.

"Of course, eating a meal together does not a romance make. These two could easily just be friends who happen to enjoy going out to restaurants," the site noted. "However, Evans has admitted Bullock was his celebrity crush as a child."

Now, that's quite telling. Could this be the reason why, as San Jose Mercury News inquired, he's "been working out all these years"?

An insider close to Chris had revealed that the two share "a mutual attraction" and are still on the getting-to-know-you stage.

"They are not in a relationship, but they are definitely hanging out and are in the early getting-to-know-each-other phase. They haven't put a title on it, but they really like each other," the source reportedly said.

In 2012, Chris reportedly said that he "used to be in love with Sandra Bullock" when he was still growing up. "Sandy B. was my girl. I remember seeing 'Speed' when I was in seventh grade and just thinking, 'That's her,'" he said.
