TMZ reports that Johnny Depp has been served with legal documents during the premiere of his film, "Transcendence," on Thursday. According to the report, Nancy Lekon's lawyer has decided to call on to the actor to prove that his client is indeed insane.
Nancy Lekon was reportedly driving a limo back in 2009 says TMZ. She "allegedly mowed down a pedestrian, dragging her for a mile and killing her," the outlet reports. The incident reportedly happened in LA's Skid Row neighborhood.

According to the Daily Mail, Lekon mowed down the 25-year old victim, Sonia Taunauu aka China, after the two reportedly argued about narcotics. Taunauu died on the scene while Lekon reportedly collapsed o the roads, adds the Daily Mail.
