Hilary Duff & Mike Comrie Back Together? Actress Calls of Divorce After Bahamas Vacay Says Source

It looks like Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie only needed a romantic vacation to smooth over their differences and make their relationship go back on track once more.

An insider told RadarOnline that a mid-February getaway meant for discussing custody arrangements and splitting assets turned somewhat into a second honeymoon.

"Hilary and Mike hooked up when they were in the Bahamas," the insider intimated. "Once they were together with their son Luca in the Caribbean, it got emotional and real. Mike broke down and begged Hilary for a second chance."

At first, Hilary wasn't into the idea of giving their marriage another go, sources revealed. However, it looks like the retired professional hockey player managed to get through her, leading the 26-year-old actress to have a change of heart.

"They've been meeting for hookups ever since, and Hilary's softened and the two are moving forward to see if they can work it out. Hilary's one stipulation is that Mike step up to full-time parenting duties while she works on her new TV show and her music career," the source added.

Isn't that the kind of role that contributed to the breakdown of their marriage? Will Mike be able to bear with it this time around for the sake of their young family?

Recently, the reunited couple have been seen at a Chanel store in Beverly Hills, E! News reported.

"The duo engaged in some innocent PDA, with Comrie hugging Duff tightly in the store, along with standing side-by-side with the actress leaning on his shoulder. While they were not wearing their wedding rings, the insider tells us they seemed very happy and were smiling from ear-to-ear," the entertainment news source observed.

However, another insider said that they're not really back together yet. "They are still separated, but are friends," the source said.

A representative of Hilary's said that the couple "remain best friends and will continue to be in each other's lives. They are dedicated to loving and parenting their amazing son, and ask for privacy at this time."
