Numerous sources have confirmed that the 21-year-old controversial singer Miley Cyrus has cancelled her "Bangerz" tour for the Charlotte leg due to a severe flu.
The "Wrecking Ball" singer was forced to cancel due to throat and sinus problems, E! News reports. It then took a representative of the tour to confirm the postponement but added that the Raleigh show will push through. As for the frustrated Charlotte fans, the rescheduled dates will soon be announced.
The former "Hannah Montana" star is also set to perform in Washington, D.C. by Thursday and followed by an Auburn Hills, Mich. Show come Saturday. The singer-songwriter also tweeted in her own social media account a status that said: "excruciating pain."
Miley's sickness began days after she paid tribute to her dog that recently passed away, TMZ stated. During her Brooklyn performance at the Barclay's Center, she paid tribute to her beloved pet named as Floyd. She danced around a giant replica of her pet.
As for her Miley's love life update, the young and controversial singer has been living a seemingly happy single life as she stays focused on her work. In line with this, makers of an adult film site made a parody of the most controversial moments of the singer-actress, according to Fashion & Style.
The adult clip was entitled "Molly's Wrecking Ballz" and hinted at the ex-fiance of Miley, Liam Hemsworth and other guys recently linked to her such as Justin Bieber and Robin Thicke. There is still no reported feedback yet on the reaction of the singer about this adult parody but this could not be the perfect time for the "Adore You" singer to take this all in as she needs all the time to recover and get back to her tour for all her waiting fans out there.
