The Pirates of the Caribbean actor has revealed his feelings regarding his and Miranda Kerr's divorce.
Citing Orlando Bloom's interview with the Sunday People, the Mirror reports that the actor felt "rudderless" after his divorce with wife of 3 years, Miranda Kerr. "After a period of feeling a little rudderless, I feel like I've set a course again. I feel very much like I'm at the beginning of something, like I'm going to come into my own as an actor," he told the newspaper.
The pair has decided to call it quits last October 2013 but they have reportedly been seen together several times, says E! News. The formerly married couple was allegedly spotted multiple times heading out with their son.
While the actor claims that he is seemingly getting in tune with himself as an actor, his former wife declares that she has already started dating. Miranda Kerr reportedly told GQ UK, "I'm dating. I'm loving it. I still get chatted up a lot. I've had some crazy, ridiculous proposals-stuff that you wouldn't even see in the movies."
The actress, who posed naked for the British GQ magazine wearing only knee high tights also added, "Two happy parents are better than two unhappy parents. This is my time to explore and have some fun. I'm not looking to fall in love again quickly."
Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr seem to have parted ways as friends and there were no reports of a third party involved in the divorce. The actor also said "I'm grateful that I've got a great, amicable separation from my ex. We'd done our best. It was time to say let's give this some breathing space."
