The film tells the story of  San Diego's top rated newsman, Ron Burgundy, who returns to take New York's first 24-hour news channel by storm. The film scored rave reviews with critics stating "It's just as uneven and loosely structured as the first Anchorman  and while Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues may not be quite as quotable, it's nearly as funny as its predecessor." The film also stars Christina Appelgate, Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, and Dylan Baker.

"The Pirate Fairy" : Disney will release the straight-to-DVD movie which is voiced by Christina Hendricks, Tom Hiddleston and Raven Symore. The movie tells the story of a misunderstood dust-keeper fairy named Zarina who steals Pixie Hollow's all-important Blue Pixie Dust, and flies away to join forces with the pirates of Skull Rock, Tinker Bell and her fairy friends. The movie has scored generally positive reviews and is likely to obtain family audiences.

"47 Ronin": After having failed at the box office by only making $38 million, Universal will attempt to gain an audience through home video for its expensive $135 million budgeted film. The movie, starring Keanu Reeves, tells the story of a band of samurai set out to avenge the death and dishonor of their master at the hands of a ruthless shogun. The film was directed by Carl Rinsch and written by Chris Morgan and Hossein Amini and scored negative reviews when it launched.

"At Middleton": After scoring negative reviews and have failed garner an audience at the box office, Anchor Bay will try to remarket the indie flick to home video audiences. Starring Andy Garcia and Vera Farmiga, the movie tells the story of two parents who fall in love over the course of a single day while playing hooky from their children's college tour. The Blu-Ray comes in time for the release of the director's latest film "Begin Again." "Once" tells the story of a busker and an immigrant and their eventful week in Dublin, as they write, rehearse and record songs that tell their love story.

"Parisfal" : For opera lovers the Metropolitan Opera will release the critically acclaimed "Parisfal." Daniele Gatti conducts the work from memory in a brilliant production by Francois Girard that Latinos Post called, "Deeply Moving, Transcendent 'Parsifal'"
