Could Marc Anthony be engaged? A series of photographs showing the singer next to his new love, Shannon de Lima, have created rumors on the matter. The reason? A sparkling ring on the Venezuelan model's left hand.
A little over two months ago, the Puerto Rican singer and his then girlfriend, Chloe Green, daughter of businessman Philip Green, announced they would take some time to evaluate their relationship; however, a couple of weeks ago Anthony was seen many times with one of his ex-girlfriends, Venezuelan model Shannon de Lima, which immediately caused a stir in social networks.
The rumors of a photograph between the singer and the Venezuelan model have grown in recent days due to a series of photographs which de Lima has uploaded to her Instagram account.
But without a doubt the element which has caused the biggest stir is the bright ring the model is wearing on her left hand, a ring that shows up in all the photographs she has uploaded in recent days.
This weekend, the model uploaded two more photographs in her Instagram account in which she's wearing the ring, and if that wasn't enough, she captioned one of the images with "With my beautiful papi!!! I love him!!!" according to Voxxi.com.
Although for the moment neither Marc Anthony nor Shannon de Lima have denied or confirmed the rumors, People en Español's website published on Monday a statement from "a close source" to the singer which told the magazine that both of them "got back in contact when the protests started in Venezuela."
The source quoted by People assured that "they have always kept a good friendship, together or not," however, the source accepted that it's not clear whether "he think they're back together or she thinks they're back together."
