Jessica Sanchez has been pronounced to be cancer-free. This was the report recently posted on The Inqusitr. Included in the report that Sanchez would be reporting for work soon. But for the fans of the 'American Idol' runner up, don't worry, we aren't talking about her.
Reports ave popped up that Jes is sick with cancer. However, in The Inquistr report, it was clarified that the Jessica Sanchez who was recently diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma is a reporter from WKMG in Orlando and not the Filipino-Latina-American singer.
According to Sanchez (the reporter), in the same Inqusitr report, "I am pleased to announce that Jessica Sanchez continues to get positive news from her doctors. Jessica tells us her oncologist reports recent tests are negative, and after a year long battle, her cancer is gone," according to WKMG, in a statement.
Sanchez added, "I am ecstatic. I'm out of breath. I've been calling everyone. Six months ago, I didn't think I would ever feel right again. It feels so good to say I see the light again. I see normal again."
The Gossipler recognized the confusion the whole Jessica Sanchez cancer story may have unfolded. In reality, the 'American Idol' runner up recently posted pics of her in Boracay, Philippines on herInstagram account. The beach is known for its powdery white sand and clear blue waters.
As for the Jessica Sanchez the 'American Idol' alum, her career is flourishing with a new album and a recent appearance on the top rated show 'Glee'. She was also said to be in the Philippines, doing charity work with eight-time boxing champ, Manny Pacquiao. She is also busy recording her new album, as reported by the Huffington Post.
So Bluejays (as the singer's fans are called) can now breathe a sigh of relief, Jes is as healthy as possible!
