Harvey Weinstein has delayed "Grace of Monaco" for a second time.

Box Office Mojo reports that the Weinstein Company is pushing back the release to the Nicole Kidman film.

The news comes after the company had already moved the film from Dec. 27 to March 14, and following reports in October that stated that the film's director Olivier Dahan was upset with Harvey Weinstein for the final cut of the movie.

"The film that I am in the process of finishing is complicated to finalize, although actually, for me, it is finished. What's complicated at the moment is ensuring that you, the critics, can review my version of the film and not that of somebody else. It's not over yet. I haven't given up," Dahan said, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

He added, "It's right to struggle, but when you confront an American distributor like Weinstein, not to name names, there is not much you can do. Either you say 'Go figure it out with your pile of [expletive]' or you brace yourself so the blackmail isn't as violent ... If I don't sign, that's where the out-and-out blackmail starts, but I could go that far. There are two versions of the film for now: mine and his ... which I find catastrophic."

The film was once seen as an Oscar contender for 2013 but was pulled because of the crowded slate. The Weinstein Company has not issued any statement about the delay but it could be due to the conflict between Weinstein and Dahan. The film currently has no release date; the March 14 date was replaced by "One Chance."

"Grace of Monaco" tells the story of former Hollywood star Grace Kelly's crisis of marriage and identity during a political dispute between Monaco's Prince Rainier III and France's Charles De Gaulle.

The Weinstein Company has one of the most crowded slates of the year. The distributor is expected to release Saul Dibb's "Suite Francaise," "Vampire Academy," and several of its Toronto purchases, including "The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby His or Her," "The Railway Man" and "Can a Love Song Save Your Life?" The company has also announced that it will move the release of "The Immigrant" this year.
