It's telling that Ariana Grande has made no mention of rumored ex-boyfriend Nathan Sykes in her recent tweets, which somehow confirms that the lovebirds have indeed broken up.
Then there's that Twitter post confessing her past Tom Felton fangirl episode: "but remember when I wrote a song about him and had Draco Malfoy pillow cases when I was 9 oops."
Her trip down memory lane was sparked by her former object of affection himself, according to Entertainmentwise. Felton initiated a brief Twitter exchange by revealing to the 20-year-old singer that his girlfriend Jade Olivia is loving Ariana's hit duet with ex-flame Nathan, "Almost Is Never Enough."
"My gf has almost is never enough on repeat, having a sing song! happy new year," Tom said in his tweet to Ariana.
Not missing a beat, the young star immediately responded to his tweet, saying, "Amazing, I send my love! happy NY". Then she proceeded to tell her fans about her past obsession with the "Harry Potter" star.
Meanwhile, Ariana's past love Jai Brooks spoke to Us Weekly about her "rumored" breakup with Nathan. It seems that he's not yet over the songstress as he still thinks that what The Wanted singer did was wrong.
"Nathan may be a top bloke or a sweet person, but what he did was just completely wrong. He interfered with my life and did not respect my relationship, his actions caused me to not be able to sleep at night and not see the world as a beautiful place," Jai said.
Sounds like a law suit coming. However, since Nariana is no more, Jai must have no problems sleeping at night now.
Ariana and Nathan's romance lasted only about 3 months, beginning in September with their collaboration on "Almost Is Never Enough" and ending a couple of weeks ago. Us Weekly reported that a source said the couple "just weren't into it anymore."
