Spike Jonze's "Her" has won the Best Picture award at San Diego Film Critics' awards.
The film also won the Best Original Screenplay award as well as Best Score for Arcade Fire. "Her" has already won Best Picture at three critics circles including San Diego.
Alfonso Cuaron took home the sole award for "Gravity," winning Best Director. Meanwhile, Cate Blanchett and Jared Leto continued their winning streaks in the Best Actress and Best Supporting Actor races.
However, the Best Supporting Actress race saw Shailene Woodley win for her performance in "The Spectacular Now" while Oscar Issac won for his role in the Coen Brothers' "Inside Llewyn Davis."
The Adapted Screenplay award went to Julie Delpy, Richard Linklater and Ethan Hawke for their work on "Before Midnight. "
"The Act of Killing" also continued its winning streak and has now won six precursor awards. Meanwhile, "American Hustle" went home with the Best Ensemble award while Catherine Martin took home the award for Best Production Design for her work on "The Great Gatsby."
Emanuel Lubezki won the Best Cinematography but surprisingly did not win for his work on "Gravity." Instead, he won the award for his work on "To the Wonder."
Christopher Rouse won the Best Editing award for "Captain Phillips" and Destin Cretton took home the Kyle Counts award for his work on "Short Term 12."
The San Diego Film Critics are known for their eclectic choices and have rarely predicted the Best Picture of the Year at the Oscars. Previous winners include "Winter's Bone" and "Inglorious Basterds."
