The abuse of digital retouching and Photoshop for celebrity photo shoots has generated some debate in recent years many saying that the use of digital techniques to generate pictures without any defects create a false idea of what a beautiful body is supposed to be.
This is why it's not uncommon for unedited pictures of celebrities to be leaked every once in a while, exposing the natural defects that make them seem more natural.
This time, a series of pictures of the lovely Jennifer López posing for photographers Marcus Piggot and Mert Alas in 2005 have surprised the show business world, since they allegedly show the Puerto Rican, one of the Latinas with the most enviable body, semi-naked and without digital manipulation.
According to ABC, the photographs had been taken by professionals during a photo shoot for her album "Rebirth". The result shows an image rarely seen by the public, since the images show the singer with some wrinkles and soggy eyes, as well as some folds on her skin.
According to the same source, JLo didn't like the pictures and asked that they take more, and tried to keep the pictures from ever being released.
Despite this, the pictures were not destroyed and they were finally leaked this Wednesday, which immediately caught the attention of the media, since the 44-year-old singer doesn't look as "perfect" as she usually does.
Jennifer López is a mother of two and is considered to be one of the sexiest mature woman in the music industry.
