Arsenal and Marseille will face off in the Champions League on Tuesday.

The English side sits atop the Group of Death with nine points in four games and is close to clinching a spot in the final 16; this was something many pundits did not feel confident could happen. Meanwhile, Marseille has yet to register a single point in this tournament and cannot finish any higher than third place in the group.

The two teams met back on Sept. 18 in a 2-1 Arsenal victory. Theo Walcott and Aaron Ramsey both tallied for the Gunners while Jordan Ayew scored a 93rd minute penalty for the French side. Arsenal has compiled a record of three wins and one loss in the group stage while Marseille has four losses.

Arsenal can clinch a spot in the round of 16 if it manages to pull off a victory and Napoli defeats Borussia Dortmund. If this scenario plays out, then Napoli and Arsenal would both have 12 points while Dortmund would be stuck on six and would only be able to max out at nine. Marseille can only finish in third if it defeats Arsenal and Dortmund loses against Napoli; the team would then need to defeat Borussia Dortmund in the final group game.

Player to watch: Arsenal's Theo Walcott. The forward was re-inserted into the lineup this weekend and his speed should cause havoc for Marseille. He has the ability to be a game-changer. Will he be one on Tuesday?

Prediction: Arsenal wins 3-1 at home.

Start Time: 2:45 p.m. EST
