Reality star Heidi Montag has gone back under the knife, this time to reverse her oversized F-cup breast implants.
"The Hill" star recently sat down with ET's Brooke Anderson to talk about her experience with plastic surgery and her most recent procedure.
Montag, who famously received 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day back in 2010, had a second breast augmentation a few years ago to increase to size F cup. Although she enjoyed the look, her implants caused her serious health issues, forcing her to undergo breast reduction.
"I do regret getting the implants," she admitted to ET. "My new doctor was like, 'You should never have been allowed by the doctor to get implants this big. ... I put my security and sexuality in my breast size instead of my confidence."
As a result of her implants, the 27-year-old celebrity says she's experienced major health problems, including a ruptured disc in her neck, muscular and spinal damage to her back, and numbness in her arm due to pinched nerves. As a result, she decided to replaced her F-cup breast with D-cup implants.
In 2010, People magazine published a cover story about the then 23-year-old star exposing her shocking head-to-toe makeover after she got a number of surgeries including rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast implants and buttock augmentation.
A few years later, she confessed to regretting her many operations, telling Access Hollywood in 2012: "I would never do it again and I never recommend it for anyone ... I kind of wanted a few enhancements and then it got out of hand. I wasn't told really the repercussions and what would happen, emotionally and psychically and the pain I would be in. I was kind of in shock."
