Veteran actress Betty White is taking tips from Miley Cyrus on how to attract attention in the latest promo for her new television show "Off Their Rockers."
Although the 91-year-old actress doesn't twerk, she successfully spoofs the 20-year-old's "Wrecking Ball" music video in a new 30-second ad promoting her hidden camera show.
In the TV ad, White tells viewers that she was asked to come up with a few ideas on how to promote the Lifetime premiere of series this week.
"I got some ideas from recent pop culture events that really got the kids talking," White says before the scene jumps to the actress crashing through a wall while riding a wrecking ball, just like Miley.
She is then seen flying into the frame straddling a giant wrecking ball, almost identical to the former Disney star. However, unlike Miley, who chose to go completely nude in her latest music video, Betty smartly chose to dress in an all-white tracksuit.
Later, the former Golden Girl asks for a sledgehammer, but instead of licking it like Miley, White gently kisses it, before requesting a foam finger like the one Cyrus used in her controversial MTV Video Music Awards performance with Robin Thicke in August.
The legendary actress is gearing up for the debut of the third season of her prank show, which features elderly actors, in 2014, reports the Toronto Sun.
