The Boston Celtics are expected to make every single player on its roster available on the trading block next season as the franchise looks to land first-round or perhaps even lottery picks in next year's draft, a source close to the situation reported on Wednesday.

NBA analysts continue to produce interesting scenarios about the Celtics, and majority of them center about the possibility of trading some key names before the midseason trade deadline.

According to former Celtics Hub and now Grantland reporter Zach Lowe, the Celtics front office is expected to make bold moves in the coming months in an attempt to collect more draft picks in what looks to be a loaded draft next summer.

In his latest article on Grantland, Lowe provided several interesting twists on what the Celtics would look like during the 2013-14 regular-season.

"But Boston will defend, despite a glaring lack of rim protection, and it will scrap its way to enough wins that eighth-seed dreams might seem plausible after 20 games. The Celtics wouldn't mind their young guys getting to experience meaningful late-season games, but the guess here is that the front office would rather have at least one very nice first-round pick in a loaded draft," Lowe stated in his article.

Everyone on Trading Block & The Rondo Situation

Lowe believes everyone on the Celtics roster can be traded at some point in the season. Moreover, the insider is really buying the idea that Jeff Green and Rajon Rondo will find themselves on the trading block, while Brandon Bass' days in Boston are certainly numbered because of the logjam at the power forward and center position.

"In other words, look for everyone to be on the table. Bass might be the most tradeable guy, since he's a solid player with just one year left on his contract after this season. But bigger names will come up. Jeff Green has fans around the league, and Rondo's contract expires after next season," he added.

Lastly, Lowe anticipated that the Celtics will carefully evaluate 'the Rondo situation' as the All-Star point guard returns from a torn ACL injury. Still, he doesn't believe Celtics general manager Danny Ainge will sign Rondo to a max contract when his current deal expires two seasons from now.

"He has to prove his health again, but I've never gotten the impression Boston would be stoked to pay Rondo a max (or near-max) deal after 2015," Lowe said in his article.
