The 2013-14 NBA season has not yet started, but the reigning Most Valuable Player LeBron James is already making headlines - not with his impressive plays on the hard court, but with his latest signature shoe.
The highly-anticipated Nike LeBron XI is now available in the sneaker market and is currently making waves. It was first released on Oct. 1st in Moon Grey/Electric Purple-Mercury Grey, but it was only made available in Asia.
The same colorway, which is dubbed as the "Terracotta Warrior" edition of the newest LeBron shoe model will also be released in the U.S. market on Nov. 27th.
Aside from the "Terracotta Warrior" edition of the shoe, Nike has just released the LeBron XI in the U.S. market in an impressive "King's Pride" edition. Officially listed as the Parachute Gold/Arctic Green-Dark Loden-Black, this eye-catching sneaker is now available for $200 per pair.
More colorways of the LeBron XI are scheduled to hit the market and more colorways of the shoe model are expected to be unveiled by Nike in the next few days.
In November, two more are slated to hit the market - the Parachute Gold/Arctic Green-Dark Loden-Black and the Armory Slate/Gamma Blue-Light Armory Blue colorways, which will be available on Nov. 1st and 16th, respectively.
Recent report from NikeLeBron website suggested that an "Akron vs Miami" edition will also be released on December 7th.
"It's called the Akron vs. Miami and it was inspired by LeBron James' journey from his hometown Akron, Ohio and the place he calls home today, Miami. The color blocking is somewhat reminiscent of the popular Cannon colorway of the Nike LeBron 9, also known as Pre-Heat that initiated the whole LeBron 9 series. The "Akron vs. Miami" LeBron XI is scheduled to be released on the December 7th, 2013," said in a report posted NikeLeBron website.
