It's official - actress Hayden Panettiere is no longer single.
Panettiere confirmed her engagement to Ukrainian boxer Wladimir Klitschko this week.
According to information published by People magazine, the "Nashville" star confirmed her engagement to the heavyweight champion during an interview on the show "Live with Kelly and Michael". During the broadcast, the 24-year-old actress wore a spectacular diamond ring that immediately caught the attention of the hosts.
During her appearance on the show, in which the New York actress had a huge boa around her neck. Host Kelly Ripa didn't waste time:
"I'm a little distracted, not only by the snake, but by the diamond ring on your finger... I'm not sure you want to announce something... Does that mean anything, is that a promise of something?", the host asked, quoted by Wonder Wall.
Facing the hosts' questions, the lovely actress, known for her role in TV series "Heroes", she said "Could be... I mean, it speaks for itself."
"Are you engaged?" the host asked to which the TV star replied, "I am".
Klitschko, 37, better known in the world of professional boxing as "Dr. Steel Hammer", is the heavyweight champion of the International Boxing Federation, and holds crowns in other professional boxing organizations.
The boxer and the young actress began their relationship in 2009, which was interrupted in 2011 when they broke up. During that period, Hayden had a romance with Scotty McKnight which ended in December 2012. Shortly after, the actress was again seen in company of Klitschko, according to entertainment website Bekia.
