The Montreal Canadiens and Calgary Flames face off on Wednesday evening in Calgary.

Montreal is coming off a 4-1 road win against the Philadelphia Flyers last Tuesday. Wednesday's match up is the first of a four-game road trip through Western Canada for the Canadiens. After the Flames, Montreal will head to Edmonton the following evening.

"We've got to focus on Calgary first, worry about that game and then you worry about the next game," defenseman Josh Gorges said, according to NHL.com. "You can't worry about what the outcome is going to be at the end of four games. It's too far ahead to think that way."

Regarding his team's performance two games into the season he added, "We're not satisfied. I think there's lots of room for improvement, and I think that moving forward on this road trip, we need to keep on building on what we did here and keep getting better."

Calgary is 1-1-1 on the season and has lost two straight games. Its most recent game was a 5-4 overtime defeat against the Vancouver Canucks in which they held a 3-1 lead that they blew.

"You have to turn the page," captain Mark Giordano said, according to NHL.com. "We take the positives, watch some video on the negatives and the positives, and move ahead. Obviously after games you're frustrated and emotions are high, but today is another day."

Prediction: Calgary wins 3-2 on home ice.

Start Time: 8 p.m. EST
