On the latest episode of dystopian drama "Revolution," one character was saved from certain death while others were barely able to escape it.

On the latest episode, titled "There Will Be Blood," Aaron (Zak Orth) wakes up after being dead for several hours. He relates the story of the blackout to his girlfriend via flashback, but the cause of his mysterious resurrection is not revealed.

Meanwhile, Charlie (Tracy Spiridakos) is trying to take down season one's villain, Monroe (David Lyons). While sneaking around in the dark, she gets captured, and she awakens in a dried pool next to Monroe. Their captors claim to be American government representatives. Later, Monroe escapes while being moved to another location. Charlie tries to stop him, but he beats her up, forcing her to simply follow him.

When we see Miles (Billy Burke) again, he is in a cage after being captured on the season premiere. His captors come in to test his blood as well as the blood of another captor. Miles gets to stay while the other man is shot in the face. Miles meets the leader of the group, who appears to be a creepy priest. He then gets his hand smashed with a hammer, and is taken behind a secret red door where it appears that he will be a blood donor for a bed-ridden woman.

Neville (Giancarlo Esposito) is suspicious of the recently arrived Americans. He enacts a plan to assassinate their leader, but right when his co-conspirator is ready to fire the deadly shot, Neville shoots the assassin, which brings him into the good graces with the group. Neville's deception will allow him to take down the organization from the inside.

The next episode, "Love Story," will feature Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) trying to rescue Miles while Neville and Jason (JD Pardo) are surprised by refugees. Charlie and Adam will disagree over what to do with Monroe, and the town of Willoughby will be threatened by tribesmen. Aaron will also face death (again).
