Pelant is back. In Monday’s episode of “Bones,” Booth’s archenemy returns to the hit series with bad intentions, but this time around he may find himself on the wrong end of misfortune.
In the upcoming episode, titled “The Sense in the Sacrifice,” Booth and Brennan are determined to put an end to Pelant’s reign of terror for good. The duo devises a plan to use a human cadaver to set up the evil maniac. Instead of using the body for research, they stage it like Pelant stages his bodies and rob him of his glory, which in turn lures him out from the shadows.
Sounds like a bullet proof plan, kind of, right? Unfortunately, Pelant is a different breed of criminal. He’s always one step ahead and in this week’s episode he kills someone close to Booth before the plan is realized.
In the meantime, Sweet returns and is convinced that there’s more to agent Flynn than meets the eye. His instincts may have been off in episode two, but this time around he’s determined to prove that he’s an undeniable asset to the team.
Patricia Belcher will also return as Caroline alongside Mather Zickel as Aldo. But not need to worry. Aldo will not meet his demise to the hands of Pelant. He’ll be back several times throughout Season 9, including the coveted wedding episode.
Speaking of a Booth Brennan wedding, Emily Deschanel is prepping for her big day. "I tried on five [dresses], and this was the most flattering,” Deschanel said, who had 20 minutes to make her choice. She landed on a $4,800 off-white gown by Romona Keveza.
“I love her done-up hair with the braid, and I must say her toes look beautiful," said David Boreanaz, who plays her soon-to-be on screen hubby Booth. Toes? Nice David.
