The Emmy awards have been announced and now audiences want to know what the winning stars and directors will do next.
Winner of the Best Actress for Miniseries or Movie, Laura Linney, will next be seen in "The Fifth Estate" alongside Benedict Cumberbatch. Aside from that film, Linney has yet to announce her next project.
Veteran Actor James Cromwell took home the Supporting Actor for Miniseries or Movie for his work on "American Horror Story: Asylum." The actor can currently be seen in "Betrayal" and "Do No Harm." He will next be seen in "Night Vet" and "The Trials of Cate McCall" alongside Nick Nolte, Kate Beckinsale and Clancy Brown.
Film director David Fincher also won for his work on "House of Cards." The director will next helm "Gone Girl" with Rosamund Pike, Kim Dickens and Neil Patrick Harris. He will also serve as executive producer on an Untitled Dorothea Lange Project, which will be written by Angela Workman.
The winner of the Best Director in a Movie or Miniseries went to Steven Soderbergh for "Behind the Candelabra." The film director is retiring from the business, but there are rumors that he may be moving to television.
Meanwhile, Ellen Burnstyn, who won for Best Supporting Actress for her role on "Political Animals," is slated to be seen in "The Calling," "Draft Day," "Wish You Well" and in Christopher Nolan's "Interstellar" alongside Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain.
Michael Douglass who won for his performance in "Behind the Candelabra" will next be seen in "Last Vegas" with Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman and Kevin Kline. He will also star in "The Reach," and "And So It Goes" with Diane Keaton.
