Time passes. That's how we evolve. It's how we live and it's how we die. Although a manmade concept, it drives our planet's entire existence. Unfortunately, it tends to pass quickly, especially when life is enjoyable. The summer is now almost over, and there's no turning back.

On the bright side, however, that means that the return of "The Hunger Games" is right around the corner. "Catching Fire," the second installment of the epic series, hits theaters in November and fans couldn't be more pleased. Summer may be over, but there's always a silver lining, as Jennifer Lawrence knows well.

But remember that time passes quickly. Soon November will have come and gone, leaving "Catching Fire" as a piece of the past. Luckily, "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay" will promptly follow. As production on Parts 1 & 2 begin, "Hunger Games" diehards are already looking ahead to the future, and the future looks bright.

Earlier this week, Lionsgate announced that four-time Academy Award nominee Julianne Moore, best known for her work in “Boogie Nights and “The Kids Are All Right,” has joined the already star studded cast of “The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 & 2 as President Alma Coin, who leads the rebellion against the Capitol. Other actors joining the "Hunger Games" team for its final installments include Natalie Dormer, Stef Dawson and Evan Ross.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 & 2” make up the third and fourth installments of Katniss Everdeen’s journey as she leads the districts of Panem in a rebellion against the unjust and corrupt Capitol. As battles rage and the war persists, pushing the districts to the brink of disaster, Katniss must choose wisely who she can trust and what needs to be done. After all, her family is in danger.

"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," which hits theaters November 22, finds Katniss as she returns home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour" of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) - a competition that could change Panem forever.
