Juventus and Inter Milan will play their first derby of the season on Saturday.
Both clubs enter with perfect records in their opening two matches. Reigning Italian champions Juventus opened their season with a 1-0 win Sampdoria thanks to a goal from new acquisition Carlos Tevez. In their second match, Juventus took down Lazio 4-1 with two goals from Arturo Vidal, one from Tevez and another from Mirko Vucinic.
Meanwhile, Internazionale took down Genoa 2-0 and Catania 3-0 in their openers.
"They've always caused us problems, and with [Walter] Mazzarri now in charge, they are even more dangerous," said Juventus Claudio Marchisio, according to ESPN. "Given the start they have made to the season, we expect to play a very healthy side."
Marchisio is slated to miss the match with an injury. Another player set to miss the game due to an injury is Javier Zanetti of Inter Milan.
"For us, beating Inter in our third game of the season would be a major coup. I'm just sorry I can't be involved, but the team's in good shape and doing well and I have faith in my team mates."
"You can sense in the air that this is a big game," said Zanetti. "It's a shame that so many of my team mates are scattered around the globe with their national teams and that I can't make my contribution, but my team mates will take care of that. Juve are a great side and it won't be easy, but we'll give it a go."
Inter Milan ended Juventus' 49-game unbeaten streak last November, but had a rather frustrating season otherwise.
Prediction: Juventus and Inter Milan battle to a 1-1 draw.
Start Time: 12 p.m. EST
