Well-known lingerie firm Victoria's Secret considers Shakira to be the woman with the sexiest curves, in the most recent edition of the annual "What is Sexy?" awards.
Despite not being able to attend, the Colombian singer has expressed her satisfaction at the award, a statue with two rose colored angel wings, one of the most renowned emblems of the firm.
"Shakira has won the 'sexiest curves' award at the Victoria's Secret awards. What joy!" was the message written on Twitter by the artist's team. Besides the tweet, the artist's account also shared a picture of the pink award, according to People en Español.
Currently, Shakira is enjoying the last days of summer in the company of her boyfriend, soccer player Gerard Piqué, in Barcelona.
It's worth remembering that after strong rumors of the alleged baptism of their son, Milan, when a picture of the happy family in a class car began circulating, both the Colombian artist and the professional soccer player have stayed at the margin of both international press and tabloids.
However, said speculations could be due not to little Milan's baptism, but to the family reunion in celebration of the 82nd birthday of Shakira's father, William Mebarak. "Happy birthday, daddy of mine. They're only 82 years you're celebrate", wrote the Colombian on her Twitter account, according to newspaper El Heraldo, in an article published on their website.
The popular singer shared the Victoria's Secret award with her fans, an award that,matches those times when the Colombian has said that her hips and her buttocks are the parts of her body she's the most proud of.
