William Levy Celebrates 33rd Birthday, Shares Photo From Set on Twitter

Actor William Levy celebrated his 33rd birthday Friday.

The Cuban-born actor, who in 2012 was voted the "Sexiest Man Alive" by People en Español, shared a picture on Twitter from the set of telenovela "La Tempestad" and sent a message to all his faithful fans.

"Gracias a toda mi gente linda por todos los mensajes...Y deseos!!! Los quiero. Yo aquí grabando...candela," (Thanks to all my beautiful people for all the messages...And wishes! I love you. I'm here, shooting ...candela), wrote Levy.

He later tweeted, "Gracias a todos en especial a todas las cedes [sic] WLW u guys are the best" (Thank you all, especially to all the WLW headquarters u guys are the best).

"Thank u all for messages !!!! And ur wishes!!! Love u all thank u so much," Levy posted on Twitter, where he has over 1.5 million followers.

Like many other stars, Levy likes to keep his fans updated with his latest news through Twitter. Levy shared several pictures of his visit to a Children's Hospital in the state of Veracruz, Mexico.

"Between scenes I took the time to visit the oncology ward at the Veracruz Regional Hospital. Here are some images of the visit," the star wrote on his Twitter account.

"I'm sharing these images with the purpose of giving you another reason to smile in life. If these children can't complain we shouldn't either about the small and insignificant problems in life. I want to thank these kids for giving me such a warm welcome. To all of them: I love you! " Levy added.

Earlier this month, Levy took his first official flight lesson and shared his excitement with his fans through the social network, posting several photos where he can be seen in the pilot's cabin, while traveling to the city of Cozumel from Toluca, Southeast Mexico, in his first time as a co-pilot.

"Camino de Toluca a Cozumel...Mi primera clase como piloto. Los quiero (On my way to Toluca from Cozumel...Mi first time as a pilot. I love you)," he captioned one picture.

The actor didn't hesitate to bring his kids with him. Both his son, Christopher Alexander, and daughter, Kailey Alexandra, joined him to watch their dad take charge of the flight. "Mi princesa en el avión se está volviendo loca: Por qué mi papi es piloto. Estoy asustada," (My princess is going crazy on the plane: why is my daddy the pilot? I'm scared), wrote the actor, letting everybody know how scared little Kailey was.
