Marriage is one of, if not the most pivotal decision anyone will ever make in their lives. It will change the course of your dying years. It will change the way you look back on those leading up to them. It will change everything. When a marriage proposal is on the table, it’s not something you take lightly. Although more often than not, young and jaded couples will find themselves wrapped up in the moment, overjoyed by the unparalleled expression of love, and say the tiny yet heavily weighted word, ‘yes,’ without given it sufficient thought.
