The bestselling "Beautiful" book series that started with "Beautiful Bastard" is about to add another tome to its growing saga. The fifth book in the series is called "Beautiful Beginning," and will feature a big wedding for two of the principal characters.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the book is set to debut November 19. The book cover, which was recently released, is a blue cover that depicts a woman in a wedding dress, and bears the tagline, "You are cordially invited..." The novel promises "one beautiful bastard of a groom, the most beautiful bitch of a bride. A panty ripping office hook-up turned true love everlasting."
The fifth installment will follow the original couple from "Beautiful Bastard," Chloe Mills and Bennett Ryan, as they plan what the publisher calls "the wedding of the century."
In the novel, Ryan establishes a no-sex rule to calm Chloe before their wedding, but it proves to be a tough rule to follow. Their wedding also portends the arrival of each of the character's families, which adds more stress to the wedding planning.
The series began with an intern, Chloe Mills, beginning an illicit affair with her boss, Bennett Ryan, who is a wealthy heir to a fortune. Their love blossomed, and has turned into what could be a relationship that stands the test of time.
The novel is written by fiction duo Christina Hobbs and Lauren Billing, who go under the pen name "Christina Lauren." An earlier version of "Beautiful Bastard" began as online "Twilight"-inspired fan fiction called "The Office," which garnered more than two million downloads.
"Beautiful Bastard" has made many bestseller lists, and the movie rights were bought by Constantin Films.
The other books in the series have chronicled the relationship between Chloe and Bennett, as well as the other characters in the fictional "Beautiful" world.
