One Direction's Zayn Malik and Little Mix's Perrie Edwards Officially Engaged

It's official. Wedding bells will soon be ringing for One Direction's Zayn Malik and Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards; the couple has announced their engagement. 

"Right. My sister and Zayn ARE Engaged! It's true!" Jonnie Edwards tweeted. "You seen the ring on the finger and all that Jazz! CONGRATS!!!"

The 20-year-old singers hit the red carpet Tuesday night for the London premiere of the boy band's documentary, "One Direction: This Is Us." However, this time Edwards was flaunting her new engagement ring on her left hand, reports ABC News.

"Aww the trends. #Zerrie #CongratsZaynandPerrie," Perrie Edwards noted Wednesday morning on Twitter.

After two years of dating, Malik proposed last weekend, according to The Mirror.

"It's one of the first weekends they've spent with each other, as they've both been on tours with their bands. He wanted to wait for the perfect moment," a source told The Mirror. "All her bandmates were at V Festival, and she couldn't wait to tell them. They're all really excited for her, as the rest of One Direction are for Zayn."

Malik may not be the only 1D singer maddly in love, his bandmate Niall Horan was reportedly spotted kissing Ellie Goulding at the V Festival on Aug. 18. "Niall allegedly launched himself" into the "Lights" singer for a kiss during a Kings Of Leon set, according to Hollywood Life. Before the lip locking bust, Horan publicly hinted about his infatuation with the blonde beauty on a number of occasions. In a recent interview with GQ magazine, the boy band singer admitted that he had a crush on the 26-year-old musician. "I'll say one thing: Ellie Goulding-wow. She's absolutely amazing looking," said the 19-year-old heartthrob.

Horan's appreciation for Goulding doesn't stop there. On Aug. 13, he asked his fans to support her latest single, tweeting: "Everyone my good friend @EllieGoulding Has a huge tune out right now! And I really want her t get #1, go get it."

The pair have also exchanged flirtatious tweets back in July when Horan tweeted, "Just listening to some @elliegoulding! What a talent she is! Beautiful voice!" She responded, "I knew you loved me hahaha."
