If there's something that scares a lot people, that would be heights - it's one of the most common phobias in the world. But for New York window cleaners, there's no room for weak-hearted in their house.
The New York Times has recently uncovered how hard it is to be a real Spiderman - dangling hundreds of feet off the ground to save people from dirty windows. Grime Fighter Brent Weingard has been cleaning New York City windows for over 35 years now. Working for the Expert Window Cleaners, he has hung from buildings of all shapes and sizes with only his trusted canvas belt to keep him from plunging.
Now, I don't know how much an NYC window cleaner earns, but from that angle, I'm pretty persuaded the company should be signing them six-figure checks each year.
