Isco is the latest Real Madrid star to welcome the potential addition of Gareth Bale at Real Madrid.
The new Real Madrid midfielder said that he would be happy to have a player of Bale's quality to play with this upcoming season.
"He [Bale] is a great player," Isco said, according to ESPN. "If he comes it would be a 'blessed' problem for the boss. If he arrives I would have to welcome him, like all other new players."
Captain Iker Casillas recently also mentioned that he supported the move if it ever happened.
"Last year it was Modric and now it's 'the Bale saga'. The president [Florentino Perez] and [director general] Jose Angel Sanchez always do everything to try and bring the best players to the club," he added. "The current squad is complete in every area but if a player like Bale comes along, he'll be welcomed," Casillas said, according to the London Evening Standard.
The Gareth Bale transfer saga has been a prolonged melodrama this offseason. Real Madrid has submitted a number of different offers and eventually offered up 100 million euros for the Welshman. Tottenham has yet to respond, but many speculate that the team would like a player like Luka Modric to sweeten the deal. Bale has reportedly told his team he wants to leave and has missed most of the preseason with an injury.
However, when asked about the move, Bale remained coy.
"I am sorry, I am," he reportedly told AS' man. "This is not the moment to talk." Spanish publication Marca also quotes him as making a similar statement: "I cannot say anything now."
Tottenham's lack of response has seemingly frustrated Real Madrid's top executives including president Florentino Perez and coach Carlo Ancelotti.
"Why talk about Bale when Jesé [Rodríguez] and [Alvaro] Morata have both played so well. They are young but incredibly talented," Ancelotti recently said, according to the Telegraph.
"We talk with lots of people and we will see what happens in all our negotiations, with this player [Bale] and with others," Madrid President Florentino Perez added a few weeks ago, according to ESPN. "We do not usually talk about other players out of respect to the player, the club and the president, with whom I made a good friendship last season during the signing of Luka Modric."
Manchester United has been rumored as another team interested in Tottenham's superstar.
