Just a week after shocking the world with an edgy new haircut, Beyonce was already been spotted sporting a totally different look on Thursday.
While the superstar singer has not gone back to her signature long locks, she did add extensions to her hair in an asymmetrical bob, making her hair chin-length in the front and shorter in the back. [See photos] She topped off the look with a gold head band, casual shorts, aviator shades, oxfords and a loose tank-top that read "Name Brand" when she went out for lunch Thursday with her husband Jay-Z and daughter Blue Ivy in Miami, reports MTV.
It took colorist Rita Hazan four hours to perfect the new blonde hue that Bey debuted with her pixie cut last week. "I think it is sexy, strong, a statement, empowering," Hazan told E! News. "She always had beautiful, gorgeous tons of hair and for her to strip down and reveal herself this way is a very powerful moment."
The iconic performer showed off her drastic hairdo on Aug. 7 in a series of photos that she posted on Instagram. In the pictures, Beyonce is seen gazing in a mirror and feeling the back of her head where her long hair used to be. Unsurprisingly, photos of Bey's new do instantly went viral and became a trending topic on Twitter.
Since the start of her career back in the 90's, the "Single Ladies" singer has been known for her trademark long honey-colored tresses. However, it's out with the old and in with the new!
