Justin Bieber has denounced recent rumors that he and his posse were involved in a mega brawl over the weekend at a nightclub in New York.
According to reports, the 19-year-old Canadian singer and his bodyguards were allegedly involved in a heated altercation at Hamptons hot spot South Pointe that left one of his fans brutally injured.
The incident began after a female fan tried to approach Justin while he was with his crew drinking at the club, according to PerezHilton.com. After the woman was denied access to Bieber, she allegedly called on a male friend who was angry over the slight, which reportedly sent the Biebs into a rage.
"He ripped his shirt off and went nuts. He was screaming," a source told the New York Daily News. From there, the situation escalated as the two continued to exchange words later on in the parking lot. Sources say both the teen hearthrob and the man were visibly aggressive. Justin also reportedly angrily climbed out of the sunroof of his SUV.
Hours after the report surfaced, Justin took to Twitter: "The most recent rumors might be the funniest of all. Where do u get this stuff??? #focusedonreality."
A spokesperson for Justin cleared up the wild report for HollywoodLife.com and refuted the entire thing. "Justin was not involved in any altercation," the rep said.
Exiting the Hamptons night club, the earlier altercation reportedly reignited when Justin's bodyguards got physical with people who were swarming the "Boyfriend" singer. One witness reportedly saw blood.
