AC Milan and Valencia will kick off the International Champions Cup on Saturday.

The two sides have never met in their respective histories. Valencia is coming off a season in which it finished in fifth place in the Spanish league with 19 wins, eight draws, and 11 losses. The team made a run to the Champions league but was eliminated in the round of 16 by Paris Saint-Germain.

The Italian contingent finished third in the Serie A with 21 wins, nine draws, and eight losses during 2012-13. AC Milan made a run to the round of 16 in the Champions league but was eliminated by Barcelona in the second leg by the score of 4-0.
