The 2013 Tour de France is down to its final three stages with Great Britain's Chris Froome looking more and more unbeatable as the race moves kilometers closer towards the grand finish in Paris on Sunday. With the top spot on the general classification standings all but secured, the competition for the remaining two spots on the podium is just starting to heat up.

Columbian Nairo Quintana has been impressive throughout the tour, especially on the mountain stages, where he went toe-to-toe against some of the finest climbers in the world. His second place finish on Mont Ventoux and fourth place finish on Alpe d' Huez catapulted him into third place in the GC standings.

In fact, the young Columbian rider is just 21 seconds behind two-time Tour de France winner Alberto Contador, who could not chase Froome despite several attempts to take the Yellow Jersey out of the hands of the Team Sky leader.

Stage 19 - Le Bourg-d'Oisans to Le Grand-Bornand (204 kilometer)

If Mont Ventoux is the mother of all climbs and Alpe d' Huez is her sister, then riders should reserve more energy for their cousin on Friday. The route from Le Bourg-d'Oisans to Le Grand-Bornand will feature yet another uphill battle as the riders take on a couple of monstrous mountains early in the stage before they grind through three more medium climbs with a fast-paced downhill finish in Le Grand-Bornand, which is known as the ski capital of France.
