Has Ashlee Simpson Moved On To Diana Ross' Son? Couple Spotted Holding Hands (Photo)

Ashlee Simpson may have found love with the son of a music icon.

The "Pieces of Me" singer was photographed hanging out with Evan Ross, the son of legendary singer Diana Ross, on two occasions in less than 24 hours.

Simpson, 28, and Ross, 24, first appeared together Monday night at the Roosevelt Hotel where they stayed until 1:30 a.m., reports ABC News. At the end of their night, paps caught Ross and Simpson holding hands while leaving Teddy's Nightclub in Hollywood.

The next afternoon, the two were spotted together again in West Hollywood for a lunch date. Ross wore what appeared to be the same pair of knee-patched jeans he had on the night before while the blonde beauty was wearing dark jeans, a casual white top, a floppy hat and over-sized shades. E! News reports that the couple was also seen in Cabo less than two weeks ago.

Simpson, who is singer and fashion designer Jessica Simpon's little sister, was previously married to Pete Wentz. The couple split after three years and finalized their divorce in December 2011. They now co-parent their 4-year-old son Bronx.

Wentz recently opened up about the pair's split, confessing he found himself abusing prescription drugs in an effort to cope with the emotional pain.

"I was probably physically and mentally addicted," Wentz told Rolling Stone. "It started from insomnia and anxiety from flying, then it spiraled."

After the divorce, Simpson was romantically linked to "Boardwalk Empire" star Vincent Piazza, although the pair seemingly called in quits back in November.

Ross, on the other hand, has reportedly linked to a slew of Hollywood hotties in the past, including Brittany Snow, Hayden Panettiere and Lindsay Lohan.
