Robert Pattinson Dating Elvis' Granddaughter: Who is Riley Keough?

Robert Pattinson seems to have officially moved on from his relationship with Kristen Stewart, and no, it's not with Katy Perry.

The Twilight star was seen driving around Los Angeles over the weekend with a redhead identified to be Riley Keough.

The name doesn't ring a bell? Well, let's just say Riley is the granddaughter of the only "King of Rock n' Roll" Elvis Presley, daughter of Lisa Marie Presley and Danny Keough. That makes her royalty, right?

But what makes R Patz's new love interest even more interesting is that Riley was once a co-star of Rob's famous ex-girlfriend, Kristen Stewart. The 24-year-old budding actress was among the cast of indie movie "The Runaways" in which Stewart was playing lead role, Joan Jett.

According to ABC News, since the movie, Stewart and Keough have been friendly with each other, with the latter even attending the Snow White star's birthday party at Cantina Malo in April.

But this friendship doesn't seem like it will turn to BFF-level with the recent turn of events.

Pattinson and Keough initially met through Stewart,  Mail Online reports; but the two got to know each other better through Dior events over the past two months. Pattinson is an endorser of Dior Homme, while Riley used to be the face of Dior Cherie.

Notably though, according to Mail Online's source, the relationship is still in its early stages and is more about "short term" affection than "long-term love."

"Riley was always Kristen's friend dating back from their time filming The Runaways but recently Rob and Riley been spending much more time together since meeting through their Dior modeling connection and Riley has stayed over at Rob's Los Feliz apartment," the source noted.

"They have a lot in common- they both love LA, London, rock music and table tennis," Mail Online's source added.

As to how Kristen Stewart is holding up, the source says the actress feels "devastated" and "violated."

"Kristen feels that she acted as mentor to Riley on her first film The Runaways, introduced her to Rob and encouraged her to make a career of acting...Rob has been made aware through friends that she is devastated," the source said. "Kristen is emotionally volatile at best of times and flew off the handle when she found out about Rob's liaison with Riley. She's told Rob via friends she feels violated."

As for the woman who was previously engaged to I am Number Four-actor Alex Pettyfer, Mail Online reports Riley plans to fly out to Toronto with Robert to spend the 4^th of July together.
