With only two matches remaining, Morocco will look to salvage its World Cup dreams when it takes on Gambia on Saturday.

Morocco is looking to return to the World Cup finals for the first time since 1998 when its place 18th out of 32. However, the team has a massive hurdle to overcome. With only five points in three games, the team trails two teams in the race for first place. The team with the most points at the end of the group stage moves on to the third round to face another group winner in a two-legged match to determine which club becomes one of five African teams to represent the continent in Brazil next summer.

Ivory Coast sits comfortably atop first place and only needs a win to book a spot in the tournament. In second place is Tanzania with six points and a desperate need for two victories, including one over Ivory Coast. Morocco could also have a chance to jump past Ivory Coast if it manages a win over Gambia on Saturday and Ivory Coast loses against Tanzania.

Of course defeating Gambia will be a necessary step as Morocco was unable to pull off a win the first time around. The team drew 1-1 in its opening match with Gambia before drawing against the Ivory Coast. After losing against Tanzania 3-1 in the first matchup, Morocco won 2-1 in the rematch.

Gambia will be playing for pride and honor on Saturday. The team only has one point and can garner a maximum of seven with two straight wins; Gambia has yet to win a single game in this tournament.

Prediction: Morocco will cruise to a 3-1 win at home.

Start Time: Kick off starts at 4 PM Eastern Standard Time.

TV Info: The match will not be transmitted on television in North America.
