Libya will look to eliminate Togo from World Cup qualifying when the two teams meet up in Tripoli on Friday.

Libya sits tied atop Group I with six points in four games; Cameroon also has six points and is the favorite to top the group. The winner of the group moves on to the third round to take on another group winner for a chance to qualify for the World Cup Finals in Brazil next summer.

Libya has yet to lose in its first four games, but has only accumulated one win and three draws. The team opened its tournament with a 1-1 draw against Togo on June 3, 2012. In its second game, the team earned a 2-1 win over Cameroon. However, the squad has drawn two straight against Congo DR.

Togo only has four points in the group but is coming off a huge 2-0 win over Cameroon on June 9, 2013. The Sparrow Hawks opened their tournament with a 1-1 draw against Libya but lost 2-0 against Congo DR and 2-1 against Cameroon.

Togo must win on Friday in order to stay alive. If the team loses to Libya it will only be able to accrue a maximum of seven points in the group stage; Libya would have nine. If the two sides drew, Togo would need Congo DR to draw against Cameroon on Sunday. The team would then need to defeat Congo DR and hope for a draw between Cameroon and Libya.

Prediction: Togo will feed off its recent win and put up a 2-0 victory.

Start Time: Kick off starts at 12 PM Eastern Standard Time.

TV Info: The match will not be transmitted on television in North America.
