It's that time. "Pretty Little Liars" is returning. As the clock counts down to June 11, the show's fans and stars alike are preparing themselves for what should be another thrilling season in Rosewood. There have been plenty of rumors surrounding the season 4 premiere and how the gang will gather themselves in the wake of the Thornhill Lodge fire, but a recent tweet offers fans a brief glimpse of what they can expect a bit further down the line.
Although the season 4 premiere is now only two weeks away, the "Pretty Little Liars" cast is still in the thick of filming. A tweet from Nia Peeples, who plays Pam Fields, shows that they're currently on episode 8, titled "The Guilt Girl's Handbook." The tweet includes a picture of the script cover and reads "On the set of #pll this morning." Check out the photo below.
Now there's not much to gather from the script cover tweet, however, Lesley Fera, who plays another Rosewood mom alongside Peeples, also tweeted that she had read the episode 8 script, writing "Just finished the table read for ep408 of #PLL. So fun! Great script by newbie to #PrettyLittleLiars, @janoxenberg. Janice Cooks directs!" Based on the two separate tweets, episode 8 is going to be a doozy, jam packed with tons of mom action.
It will also be a pleasure to see how first-time "Pretty Little Liars" writer Jan Oxenberg will shape up the episode. She does have experience writing for "Parenthood," "Cold Case" and "Once and Again," so she should handle the new project with style and grace.
Season 4 is right around the corner now and fans couldn't be more ready. Will Toby be linked to the Thornhill Lodge fire? Is Jason dead? These and many other questions will be answered as season 4 unfolds, so fans will just have to wait. Read an official season 4 episode 1 synopsis below.
The Liars are desperate to uncover what new scheme "A" has in store for them in the wake of the lodge fire, and have no choice but to turn to Mona for answers, now that she is also being targeted. Aria struggles with seeing Ezra in the wake of their breakup, and Emily starts to make plans for life after high school. Meanwhile, "A" sets Toby on a new path, what's in the trunk is revealed, and a shocking discovery reverberates through Rosewood.
