Three new films open in wide release this weekend, making the Memorial Day weekend one of the most crowded in recent history.  Viewers will have hard time choosing which movies to see, but Latinos Post is providing a list of the films that audiences will most likely enjoy during the short vacation.

Fast and Furious 6-The sixth installment in the series scored rave reviews with a 72% aggregate score on Rotten Tomatoes. Critics stated, "With high-octane humor and terrific action scenes, Fast & Furious 6 builds upon the winning blockbuster formula that made Fast 5 a critical and commercial success." The movie brings back the original cast, which includes Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson and Paul Walker and tells the story of Hobbs as he has Dom and Brian reassemble their crew in order to take down a mastermind who commands an organization of mercenary drivers across 12 countries.

Prior to Seeing the Film: If audiences are not familiar with the series it is worth watching the first installment and the fifth. Otherwise this new installment brings a new plot line that will not require other viewings.

The Hangover Part 3: For audiences who want to laugh, "The Hangover's" epic conclusion could be an enjoyable experience. The film sees the return of the Wolfpack in a new adventure. This time when the Stu, Alan, Doug and Phil hit the road, they are caught up in a pursuit against time to capture Chow, a vicious criminal who stole from a mobster. The film may have scored bad reviews and obtained a 21% aggregate score on Rotten Tomatoes, but it will prove fun for fans of the series

Prior to Seeing the Film: "The Hangover" and "The Hangover Part 2" should be watched as there are many references to both films in the third part.

Before Midnight: The critically acclaimed third installment to the "Before" series is one of the most anticipated films of the year.  The movie follows the story of Jesse and Celine nine years later in Greece; almost two decades have passed since their first meeting on that train bound for Vienna.

Having opened at the Sundance, Tribeca and SXSW Film Festivals, the movie has already become one of the most well regarded films of the years. It received a 97% score on Rotten Tomatoes with critics stating "Building on the first two installments in Richard Linklater's well-crafted Before trilogy, Before Midnight offers intelligent, powerfully acted perspectives on love, marriage, and long-term commitment."

Prior to Seeing the Film: The film may require audiences to view the first two installments, "Before Sunrise" and "Before Sunset," to see how the relationship developed between the two main characters.

Epic: The movie is one of the first animated films to be released this year and arguably the most child friendly movie of the new releases. Critics have called it "beautifully animated and crafted with just enough flair to make for solid family entertainment." The film tells the story of a teenager who finds herself transported to a deep forest setting where a battle between the forces of good and the forces of evil is taking place.

Prior to seeing the Film: The film has been billed as a movie from the creators of "Ice Age" and "Rio." Therefore this new animated flick should have the same type of humor and similar story as these past two franchises.

If these films are not appealing there are still plenty of other films to watch. "Iron Man 3" and "Star Trek: Into Darkness" are still in theaters in case they were missed; the same goes for Baz Luhrmann's new adaptation of "The Great Gatsby." In Indie cinemas the best reviewed film of year "Mud," starring Matthew McConaughey and Reese Witherspoon, is still in wide release while Noah Baumbach's new film "Frances Ha" recently expanded.
