Dominic Cooper will return as Howard Stark in the new "Captain America: The Winter Soldier."

Cooper told Total Film that he would return for the film but would only be a small cameo role. He stated "I've worn the costume again. But whether they just had me put in on as a joke, I don't know! [laughs] It was good fun getting back into it and he's got some very cool shades now. But who knows..."

Not much has been revealed about the Marvel flick but rumors have stated that Halevy Atwell will reprise her role as Peggy Carter. Scarlet Johansson will also be featured as the Black Widow and her role will be expanded and developed.  The villain is rumored to be Bucky Barnes who will be played once more by Sebastian Stan; the villain refers to the Winter Soldier in the title.

The film will continue Steve Rogers' adventures as he struggles to embrace his role in the modern world and teams up with Natasha Romanoff, aka Black Widow, to battle a powerful yet shadowy enemy in present-day Washington, D.C.

"Winter Soldier" will also star Chris Evans as Captain America, Robert Redford as Agent Alexander Pierce, Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, and Toby Jones as Arnim Zola.

Anthony and Joe Russo will direct the film after having helmed the show "Community." The duo has also directed "You, Me and Dupree," Welcome to Colinwood" and "Animal Practice."

Cooper is best known for his work on "The Devil's Double," "The Duchess," and "My Week With Marilyn." He will next be seen in "Summer in February," and "Reasonable Doubt."
