It seems like Internet users just can't get enough of Omar Borkan Al Gala since he was allegedly deported from Saudi Arabia for being ridiculously handsome, and the model/actor has not let his fans down.
Al Gala, who is originally from Dubai, and two other delegates from the United Arab Emirates, were escorted out of a religious festival in Saudi Arabia. According to the local media, the hunks were "too sexy for Saudi Arabia" and were reportedly deported from the Middle Eastern country. However, that incident may have actually helped jumpstart Al Gala's budding career into newfound fame.
The 25-year-old hottie has reached a new plateau of international stardom which is evident by the rapid increase of his Internet presence. Before the incident, Al Gala had 85,000 "likes" on his Facebook fan page. Now, as of April 30, he has over 560,000 "likes", while more than 540,000 people are talking about him on the social media network.
In addition, a number of fake Omar Borkan Al Gala pages and fan pages have surfaced on Facebook thus signifying his popularity on the web.
To capitalize on his celebrity, the photographer opened a twitter account on April 26, where he has already accumulated almost 12,000 followers even though he has only sent out six tweets.
Omar is also using his Twitter account to promote his website, omarborkanalgala.blogspot.com. Several videos of Omar were recently posted on YouTube over the past few days.
The handsome model currently lives in Vancouver, Canada, but he began his career in Dubai fashion.
