Since breaking up with teen heartthrob Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez has been looking hot and feeling "great."
In an interview on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, the "Spring Breakers" star opened up about her recent run in with Brad Pitt and how she feels months after she and Bieber broke off their high profile relationship.
Selena admitted to being star struck when she met movie star Brad Pitt backstage at Sunday's MTV Movie Awards show.
"So I was in my dressing room and I had just finished performing. And they knocked on my door and they said Brad Pitt would like to come in and I was like, he can come in," explained the 20-year-old actress/singer. "I was trying to play cool and be really nice and as soon as he walked out I ran and I hid under the craft service table for like two minutes because I couldn't believe it was happening."
Turns out Brad wanted a picture of Selena for his kids, who "were fans of the show," said Selena.
Afterward, Ellen used her natural charm and wit to ease Gomez into talking about her breakup with the 19-year-old pop singer earlier this year.
It's got to be "hard," says Ellen. "Everybody knew you were a couple and now you're not together anymore. ... And, of course, no one's just going to leave it alone. We have to ask you about it. But you are doing OK? We're concerned that you're happy and we want you to be happy."
The Disney star responded saying, "Yeah, I am." She then reassured fans that heartache is the furthest thing from her mind, adding, "I am. I met Brad Pitt... I'm great!"
