Selena Gomez Used Break Up With Justin Bieber As Inspiration For Her New Album

Well, at least there's some good that resulted when Hollywood's cutest heartthrob couple--Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez--broke up earlier this year.

According to HollywoodLife.com, Gomez used the break up as inspiration for her new album "Come & Get It." The "Spring Breakers" actress revealed that she was half way through recording the album when she and the Canadian singing sensation broke up after dating for two years.

The former Disney star confessed that the split allowed her to tap into a new level of creativity when she was asked if she sings about the breakup on her new album in a new interview. "[The end] happened when half of the album was recorded. And finally, it is not so bad, I was in a situation very interesting, because it let me launch a new kind of creativity that I had never known before," says the 20-year-old actress.

The album will be released on April 8.

Last week, the two were reportedly spotted at Gomez's home. The 19-year-old Canadian singer reportedly arrived with his security in a large black van around 3:30 p.m. and stayed at Gomez's home in Encino, California for an hour.

Shortly after Bieber left, the "Spring Breakers" star was seen driving away from the house.

While some fans were hoping that the two young celebs are attempting to rekindle their romance, a source close to the actress told omg! that that's not the case. "Definitely not," said the insider. "She is not getting back together with him."

"She's really happy right now, surrounding herself around good friends," continues omg!'s source. "She's been working a lot and is excited for everyone to hear her album ... including Justin."
